1. General Refund Policy

1. All services provided by Aiba Technologies are non-refundable once initiated.
2. Digital services involve time, resources, and licensing costs which cannot be reversed.

2. Website Development

1. Payments made for website design and development are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Project cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

3. SEO & Marketing Services

1. SEO, Google Ads management, and SMM services are non-refundable.
2. No refunds are provided for performance dissatisfaction.

4. Domain & Hosting

1. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Hosting fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. No refunds are issued for early termination.

5. Exceptional Cases

Any refund or adjustment, if considered, is at the sole discretion of Aiba Technologies management and does not set a precedent.
