By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or entering into a business agreement with Aiba Technologies, you agree to comply with the following Service Terms, Data Access & Usage Policy. These terms govern all services offered by Aiba Technologies.

1. About Aiba Technologies

Aiba Technologies is a one-stop digital solutions company providing services including but not limited to:
• Website Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads & Paid Marketing
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Domain Registration Services
• Web Hosting Services
• Website Maintenance & Support

2. Website Design & Development
1. Websites are developed primarily using WordPress, licensed themes, plugins, page builders, and internal frameworks.
2. Clients are provided WordPress login credentials (username & password) for content management purposes only.
3. Full backend access, server access, licensed plugin access, theme licenses, and internal configurations are not provided.
4. This restriction exists to:
• Protect licensed software
• Prevent unauthorized duplication or resale
• Maintain website security and performance
5. Aiba Technologies reserves the right to restrict or revoke access if misuse or violation is detected.
6. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.

3. Domain Registration & Management
1. Domains are provided through shared or managed registrar accounts.
2. Direct registrar access is not provided.
3. Domain transfer requests are not encouraged or standard practice.
4. In rare or urgent situations:
• Domain transfer may be reviewed internally
• A domain transfer fee will apply
• Approval is subject to management discretion
5. Aiba Technologies reserves full rights to approve or reject domain transfer requests based on feasibility and company policy.

4. Hosting Services & Data Transfer
1. Hosting services are provided on shared hosting servers.
2. Due to shared infrastructure:
• Server-level access, cPanel access, root access, or FTP access may not be provided
3. Hosting services are strictly non-transferable.
4. Hosting cannot be moved to another provider under any circumstances.
5. If a client wishes to change hosting providers:
• The client must purchase hosting externally
• Aiba Technologies may assist in website data migration only
• Migration is subject to additional charges
6. Backups, uptime, and security are provided on a best-effort basis.

5. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
1. SEO is a time-based and performance-dependent service.
2. Results typically require 2–3 months or more.
3. Aiba Technologies does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or sales.
4. Search engine algorithm updates are beyond our control.
5. SEO services are non-refundable once initiated.

6. Google Ads & Social Media Marketing
1. Paid marketing results depend on budget, competition, targeting, and platform policies.
2. No guarantee is provided for leads, conversions, or ROI.
3. Advertising accounts may be suspended due to platform violations beyond our control.
4. Ad spend is separate from service fees unless stated otherwise.

7. Payments & Billing
1. All services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.
3. Renewal of domain, hosting, or maintenance services must be completed before expiry.
4. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.

8. Intellectual Property
1. All designs, codes, layouts, strategies, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Aiba Technologies until full payment is received.
2. Licensed plugins and tools remain under our license.
3. Unauthorized reuse, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited.

9. Special Requests & Approvals
1. Requests for:
• Domain transfer
• Exceptional access
• Custom server changes
are subject to internal review.
2. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on feasibility and company interest.
3. Management’s decision shall be final.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aiba Technologies shall not be liable for:
• Business loss or revenue loss
• Website downtime
• Third-party service failures
• Search engine penalties
• Force majeure events
